Whomever goes in to get Rowan up in the morning asks the sleeping parent whether or not he/she wants to keep the monitor on to hear Rowan's conversation. I said yes this morning. Here's a snippet:
Rowan: Just a little buh.
Brian: A little peepee? (in her diaper)
Rowan: No, just a little buh (I know she's saying Bug because that's her latest obsession.)
Brian: A little butt?
Rowan: No, a... a little butt? Giggle. A little butt (said funny). Giggle. Giggle. Butt. Giggle. A LITTLE butt.
A minute later....
Rowan: I want to get my teddy bear.
Brian: It's downstairs.
Rowan: (yells) I'm COMING TEDDY BEAR!
It's non-stop chitter-chatter these days. So cute.
